What to wear

  • Babies swimwear must fit snugly around the legs to avoid spills, swimming nappies are preferable.
  • Ideally 2 towels for the little ones and a waterproof bag or plastic bag to pack their wet clothes after the lesson.
  • Do not remove babies’ swim wear in the water.
  • Adult swimmers must wear comfortable swimming gear – not too tight or too lose and bring a towel.
  • A pair of flops is advisable to wear after lessons.
  • A swimming cap is a must for long hair for both hygiene and comfortable swimming.
